We will be handpicking items specifically for you. We may contact you with additional questions to help us select the best items for you.
2. What kind of things are in the box?
The box may include: A bra and Panty set, Pajamas, Chemises, Robes, Panties, corsets, Babydolls among others. The retail value of these items will likely be $75 or more.
3. How many items are in the box?
 This will depend on the retail value of an item. Typically 2-5 items.
4. Can I skip a month, and if yes how do I alert you?
 If you would like to make any changes to your subscription you can do so be either logging on to your store account and update your information under the “Manage Subscriptions” link.
5. What if I don’t like what has been selected for me?
If you do not like what was selected for you; you can return the items and receive store credit of $49.95 for any other orders within the items in our online store. Please contact customer care for Return Information.
6. When will my box arrive?
Boxes will be shipped on the 15th of each month after the start of your subscription. Subsequent shipping will be done every 30 days from the day you made the subscription.
7. Will you ship in a plain box or will it be tagged “lingerie Box”?
Your order will be shipped in a customized box with the Lingerie Box inside it. It will be sent in a mailing envelope.
8. Will you send an Email and/or SMS when my box has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification when your box is shipped.
9. Can I purchase other items you offer on the site, in addition to my monthly box?
Yes, you sure can!
10. What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery. They must be unworn with original tags still on for you to receive a store credit.
11. What if my measurements change?
Please log onto your account and update the size there. If you have questions about sizing please email customer care kellys.kloset@ymail.com if you have significant changes in your measurements, for example if you lost or gained 20lbs. We will update your customer profile to be able to send the correct items in the next box.
12. Billing
Behind Klosed Doors Box is billed in advance of shipping which means you pay for your very first box on the date you first order and then again the 15th of each month thereafter. We ship the boxes on the 20th of each month and this process continues each month until you email us your desire to cancel.
