International Customers: We are NOT responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges. The buyer is responsible for all fees outside of the cost of your order and shipping. Please contact your local customs to determine any extra fees
Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. We fully trust USPS/UPS to deliver packages in a timely manner. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS) provided in your shipping email. Kelly's Kloset will not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages.
Multiple Packages: If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
USPS: USPS will make every attempt to deliver your package on the date listed on your tracking. They will typically leave a notice with a phone number and date they will return, please refer to USPS website for further information. You may contact either USPS using the phone number provided to schedule an alternate pickup location. Kelly's Kloset is not responsible for any lost, stolen, abandoned or refused packages and NO REFUND will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges: are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
Holiday Shipping: Kelly's Kloset is closed on holidays and will not mail any packages on nationally recognized holidays including, but not limited to: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day. Express shipping may not be available from December 23- Jan Feb. 15th.
Returns and/or Exchanges
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged: When you receive your order, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working properly. While we strive to provide quality products, occasionally an item may be defective. Of course, we will credit or exchange any products that are defective.
Contact us at 215-995-4175 or firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. We will provide you the address to send the return.
Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days after receiving the authorization. In your return package please include:
• The packing slip.
• A note telling us what the problem was and whether you would like an exchange or store credit. If you do not include a note, you may not be credited correctly!
Items returned without original packaging cannot be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 10 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
